The game analysis begins by setting the context of the game, then proceeds through discussions of regional issues with an emphasis on Operations Other Than War (OOTW), and examination of war fighting issues associated with the two Major Regional Contingencies (MRC) that were gamed, and concludes with an assessment of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) and several other salient issues.
