Scope and Contents
Joint Army-Navy intelligence study on the Philippines, except for Mindanao, published by the Joint Intelligence Study Publishing Board. The volume was first promulgated on 1944 Aug 15 and the chapters within this volume were issued as they were available from the printer, which was not necessarily in order. Included in this volume are the following chapters:
- Chapter I: Brief
- Chapter X: People and Government Also included at the beginning of this volume are memorandums dated 1944 Dec 1 and 16 with changes to JANIS 154.
On the back cover of this volume are handwritten notes specifying the memorandums that called for destroying chapters II-IX, XI-XIV.
