Scope and Contents
Color 4x5 photograph of the Change of Command ceremony of VADM Colbert to VADM Semmes on August 17, 1971. A speaker is at the podium with A stage and podium is set up outside Luce Hall. The stage has a red floor with blue and white starred skirting. An awning extends over the door of Luce Hall with the NWC logo at the front and center. A speaker is at the podium and five officers sit behind him.
