Dear Sir -
I am ready anytime to join you in devising the special dynamo + Navy Dynamo, and after we have thrashed them out will build both at my expense + loan them to you for experiment. My new Laboratory will be done + ready to build them by Nov 10th but in the meantime we should work the thing out = you might before you come on send me specifications of the ideal dynamo what it must do space allowable-weight allowable, etc, Make it difficult as I want to freeze out my competitors -
Yours
Edison
