Existence and Location of Copies
There are three copies of this lecture made at different times. On one there is a note that Capt Van Auken made a copy of this lecture for use in his reserach paper, 1934. Another copy has handwritten edits and appears to be from the timeperiod that the lecture was given. It is not known who made the edits to the typescript.
A digital copy was made of a photocopy, the least historic and/or significant, due to time constraints in supplying a copy to satisfy a reference request.
