Custodial History
Found in RG27; too valuable of a collection to stay there; while it’s a collection of NWC records, it was decided to not break up the contents of the folder into several existing RGs. Considering resource limitations this was the easiest thing to do while ensuring the materials' safety and accessibility in a timely fashion.
