Information can be found on inter-war U.S. and Japanese navies, the British Secret Service and the 1934 London Naval Conference. The remainder of the collection contains correspondence regarding Bywater, the publication of the book, the controversy with Mark Peattie and David Evans, reviews and comments on the book, Honan’s speeches regarding it and books by Hector C.
