Biographical Note

Donald C. Daniel is a 1966 graduate of Holy Cross College and received a Ph.D. in International Relations from Georgetown University. He was associated with the Naval War College's Center for Naval Warfare Studies where he chaired the Strategic Research Department. He is a professor at Georgetown University and the author of three books.
