Biographical Note

Milton E. Miles (April 6, 1900 - March 25, 1961) was a Vice Admiral in the United States Navy, who served in World War II as head of Naval Intelligence operations in China, and later, second-in-command of the Sino-American Special Technical Cooperative Organization (SACO).
