Biographical Note
Raymond Perry Rodgers (December 20, 1849 - December 28, 1925) was an officer in the United States Navy. He achieved the rank of Rear Admiral and succeeded Lt. Theodorus B.M. Mason as the second head of the Office of Naval Intelligence.
