John Seacole letters
Letters writte by John Seacole of the 11th New Hampshire Infantry during the Civil War on board the USS Savannah and USS Chenango to his father George, March 28, 1864-March 15, 1865. His letters describe his daily routine, his need for money, and the future bounty due him.
